One of the trainers @ All Trust Deerfield - TANESHA SHEPHERD is very unprofessional , rude and so mean. She's not open to suggestions or opinions of applicants . She looks abhorrent on newbies who are proactive and can outsmart her.. If you're gonna be working with a Home Care agency, make sure that their staff allows you to express your ideas and not being condescending. She obviously does not represent the company's ideals and shes a total embarrassment !!!
