Jake was so great! We had a complicated situation where a tree was in four different neighbors yards, another neighbors garage was going to be torn down and Jake worked around the demolition schedule and made it work easily for all of us. He was also patient about a downed phone line that the city had not dealt with and Was very flexible as we worked to figure out whether it was safe for him to remove it or not. He was friendly. And the whole area is clean and lovely after we lost such a huge tree in a storm.
