Negative experience with this company. The owner refused to come out to the property to see the damage or even call after I repeatedly asked to speak to him. LoTS of high risk damage( Manager Tim's words). Tim moved up the date and the night before they came out it stormed. I was very surprised they did NOT put plywood down like other companies did in the past. Areas of the grass were completely gone, LARGE pine trees and roots damaged by their bobcat. WORSE experience and the owner refused to come out to the property or even call after I repeatedly asked to speak to him. LoTS of high risk damage( Manager words)Area of grass was completely gone, pine trees and large roots damaged. Driveway was scraped up and full of thick clay and black marks. The manager tried to use seed which was not even the same type of grass that we had and it was filled with rye grass which would have died the following month. Alltree did a great job overall for an extremely reasonable price to remove a dead tree for me. Tim was quickly responsive to all communication and very understanding and patient with any questions I had. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars right now is that the crew did leave plywood boards on the property (it’s been over a week) - I appreciated that they used them to protect the yard, but now I am trying to figure out what to do with them when I am having surgery in 2 days and won’t be in a position to move them.
