Poor parts quality and poor customer service I bought a transmission (World Class T5) from them for my project car in Dec 2010. In late 2011 I had a certified shop install the transmission and guarantee their work. As the project progressed (Slower than I would have liked due to multiple deployments) the car barely moved. Late summer 2012 and early 2013 it finally came time to take it out and drive it.
