BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! We hired Jayne of All Trades (Erica) in April of 2021 for some hail damage repairs. We signed over the $8,900 check to her in 2021. We were going through a refinance to update and remodel our home, so Erica was “holding” the funds until our refinance was finished. My husband was hospitalized with COVID and was out of work for 4 months, so the refi did not go through until March 2022. Hired to replace fence. 3 neighbors involved. Started on 9/14 and as of today don't even have all the posts in yet. 1 guy working and when he decides to show up it's for about 4 hrs if that. Tony response is unacceptable, in not getting additional people in . First day tore down fence and didn't come back for 6 days. I'm writing this review because Tony's lack of response , defending worker and actually asked us to be patient. We just passed the 3 week point on this project. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Absolute nightmare!
Tony did a great job at my mom's house after a storm damaged her roof. I highly recommend.
-Tony (owner) was very fast with showing up to evaluate and quote. -Quotes were very fair, especially in comparison to the other contractors out here. Check for yourself. -Employee/Contractor "Matt" Mathew Crow was professional-experienced-efficient-fast-all business, and very polite. Matt made sure to leave all his working areas spotless. -Keep in mind that this is a smaller company compared to the others, and they are very busy. This was the first place we called and scheduled an appointment to get a bid for some work on our home. They never showed up or called us on the day for our scheduled appointment. I decided to start posting what is happening because this is not the first time we have been treated this way by similar businesses.
