Terrible, terrible! After the roof leak we had when the AC drip tray drainage was hooked up incorrectly in 2013, and now incorrect installation of the outside unit venting heat onto our siding which is melting, what's up with your customer service? This is unacceptable! You won't even return my calls. Please do the right thing here!
