I initially went to their Santa Rosa shop for a repair, and later had to go to their Vallejo location after being directed there for warranty service. Both locations are clearly connected and operate under the same business. When I arrived in Vallejo, they already had knowledge of my case from the Santa Rosa shop. Absolutely FLAWLESS transaction with Mike and All Tire Service replacing my tires and rims. Answered all my questions, offered great options, friendly service throughout and the fairest price I could find. Less than an hour from start to finish and we were on the road. I had questions about the balancing of tires because my old tires had some wobble at freeway speeds.
