Had a really disappointing experience with this locksmith. The job took 2hrs 20mins, but I was told I’d be charged for 3 hours because “anything past the hour counts as a full hour.” That’s not true, and when I challenged it, the locksmith was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t even know what time he arrived and tried to claim it was earlier than it actually was. When I raised this with customer service, they admitted the charge should be 2.5hrs, which I accepted. We searched google as we needed a shop to repair our car key. We phoned as this company on google is advertised as a high street shop. We called and informed (quite abruptly) that they only offer emergency call out services
I could give 0 stars if I could! I placed order on 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and I've been advised it should arrive within 48h on 17th March, I tried to call no answer. I would NOT recommend. Waste of time
Great service. Locked out of my house and someone came within 20 mins. Would highly recommend.
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you Alex in All Time Locksmith, who within a day of me going in with a car key issue, was able to offer me the best advice for my problem instead of charging me through the roof for a whole new key fob. I went back today, I simply waited 15 minutes and I was sorted, good as new! 10/10 for customer service, friendliness, price, location and parking right outside. Thank you Alex!!
