This is the worst alarm detection company of all time! My wife and I bought a house that already had their existing system. Since living here we've had multiple smoke detection warnings that were never detected by this company or the fire department was never alerted. All Time sent a technician who had no idea how to fix the system and then sent me a bill for almost $400 for the service call. Really great company with owners that care and pick up the phone themselves for their customers!
The rudest service over the phone. As a customer was grilled and put on the offensive about a broken system. I asked for prices to add features and he acted like he was doing me a favor. I am switching alarm companies!
We upgraded our security systems across the board with All Time, and the work was superb. They were punctual, professional and excellent that their various jobs throughout the house, inside and out. Phon and his team deserve more than a 5 star rating if it were possible. Excellent experience.
