I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but our experience with this florist was deeply disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor and unprofessional. She was unnecessarily rude to my mother-in-law regarding payment and pickup times, and even seemed to forget who we were—despite having already discussed the details of our order. Carol is the most amazing human ever! We went into this knowing the colors we wanted and that’s it. She did an amazing job of making all of the floral decorations into reality everything was so beautiful and absolutely perfect. And if you don’t know… ask about the donkeys! They are a hoot and are a hit of any event!
My wedding was this past weekend and I'm still so happy and crying thinking about the flower arrangements and bouquets designed and provided by Carol. Everything at the wedding was gorgeous. I received so many compliments on the bouquets, the flower arrangements, and even the boutonnieres…Carol was a delight to work with. She asked a lot of good questions and spent a long time with me and my fiance going through pictures of flowers to help her figure out what kind of flowers we wanted at the wedding.
