This place is very unprofessional. I was a week late on payment. Took 3 weeks for them to take the lock off my unit after bill was paid in full. If your unable to set up direct deposit payment you will be evicted with minimal time to remove your belongings. Was given 11 days to move out
Call 3 times, no answer. Leave a voicemail and they don't call you back! How does a place expect to rent to a potential person either for a rental place or rent a storage unit if you can't even acknowledge your calls or voicemail?!?
