RecommendedClark came to correct the dish alignment following its removal and reattachment done by the roofers. He is a very friendly guy, got our tv working fine and receiving the Direct TV channels. He even got the older DTV remote to wirelessly control my old Sony sound system volume again. I highly recommend this Great service!
Clark was here to check our antenna after the direcho. He came late in the afternoon (as scheduled)and ended up spending more time here than planned and didn’t leave until we had the channels we wanted and things were working as before the direcho. I’m sure he wanted to end his long day but was knowledgeable, very helpful with offering information, replacing what he could and answering our questions and did not do it hurriedly! Appreciated his work ethic and knowledge. Will definitely call him if needed in the future!
