I’m giving 2 stars because while I absolutely love Lena—she’s wonderful—the billing department was very frustrating to deal with. They automatically withdrew $177 from my bank account for one visit even though my copay is only $25, and my insurance had not even been billed yet. I called my insurance company to verify my benefits, then contacted ATP and was told by Neika, I needed to meet a $2,000 deductible first, along with other incorrect information. I went here for a few years (I think 3) and loved it and my counselor. However, early 2025 I was told my counselor was going on maternity leave and I’d be contacted late summer/early fall to resume my sessions. It’s now the next year, and it was very unexpected and honestly hurtful to have never been contacted again with no explanation as to why my sessions were not being resumed, especially as I felt my relationship with the facility and my counselor was nothing but positive.
