I went here for a few years (I think 3) and loved it and my counselor. However, early 2025 I was told my counselor was going on maternity leave and I’d be contacted late summer/early fall to resume my sessions. It’s now the next year, and it was very unexpected and honestly hurtful to have never been contacted again with no explanation as to why my sessions were not being resumed, especially as I felt my relationship with the facility and my counselor was nothing but positive. I was initially very pleased with All Things Possible, that has changed, to the point I’m considering leaving my therapist who I adore. 1. You can’t reach anyone by phone. They text and at their leisure. 2. I got new insurance. Without telling me my new insurance wasn’t billable, they charged my cc, “because you authorized”. I had signed an authorization, and they took that as a no need to contact. 3. I’ve been with Annette for a year almost now and she is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me. I never thought therapy could feel so calming and not like an interrogation! She’s so knowledgeable of everything and such a strong person! Go Annette!
