TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Texted me said he was going to come by the next day. Still haven't heard from him. Don't use this company if you live in the Clarksville area.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I do feel obliged to warn people so that they don't end up wasting their time. I contacted this company over the phone, then sent photos over text, they said they would come by to do an in-person evaluation but no one showed. When I followed up, they said again they were coming by, and no one showed. I followed up again the next day, never heard back.

Very unprofessional & straight up lied. Said he was coming & scheduled to cut it on a certain day and never came. once he finally responded and picked up the phone to tell me between what hours.. he says " within the hour". 2 hours later, he ignores the calls . Never shows up. picks up the phone for new customers , but misses commitments & screens you when you book with him.
