Took my kids in this evening, I noticed some frost in some of the tubs but didn’t think too much of it in the moment. 2 out of our 3 scoops were freezer burnt and nasty. When I brought them in to get a refund I was told they don’t offer refunds. They did offer 2 free scoops…of freezer burnt ice cream..no thanks.
They have fun flavors 3 scoops of icecream cost me 12 something.
I have visited this place many times, but today the service and the ice cream were terrible; the scoop was hollow, and the young women gave me a lame excuse. If the staff isn't going to be professional and the service isn't going to be good, you shouldn't employ people like that; the guy who served me didn't have the strength to scoop the ice cream properly, which is why it turned out so badly.
Stopped in to try the candy shop. 52.00 dollars for 5.00 worth for candy is ridiculous.
