⭐☆☆☆☆ This office has lost the business of our entire family. We expected a routine annual eye exam covered by our High Option vision plan. Instead, we repeatedly encountered a pattern of additional fees attached to services that, in our opinion, should have been part of the exam or at least disclosed much more clearly in advance. This year, I was told that renewing the same premium multifocal contact lenses with the same prescription required a separate “premium contact lens fitting” fee. I had a wonderful experience bringing my daughter to see Dr. Allen Wong! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Allen Wong was so patient, kind, and amazing with her. They made the whole eye exam fun and comfortable for her. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for excellent, compassionate eye care.
My family of 7 has been seeing Dr. Wong at All Things Eyes since this office opened about ten years ago! Dr. Wong and his staff are fast and efficient, and everyone there is so nice, helpful, and welcoming.
