Very quick no waiting after appointment time. All staff is very nice especially the Doctor. Go there you’ll love it
My husband had two pair of glasses break and they told us they could not be fixed. The first pair was maybe 14 - 15 months old and the second pair 1 year and 2 days. They did not stand behind either. Luckily, our new eye dr. told us about a wonderful local place that fixed the frame for $125 in less than 24 hours. We will never go back here or recommend them to anyone.
I had an appointment for 2:20. I had sent my insurance information in advance so all I had to do is show my ID at the desk and fill out one simple form. I was in the exam room by 2:25. I waited until 2:45 and the doctor had still not come in, I told the front desk that I had to leave because I didn’t have time to wait anymore. No one apologized, no one tried to take care of the issue. She just said OK. Love this place. The staff was clear, friendly and efficient and the Doctor was just absolutely brilliant. Five stars across the board.
