Absolutely by far the best place in town, customer service beyond the best I’ve had in 17 years, highly recommend them to all! Will def only do my business with ALL THINGS EMBROIDERED!!
I was using them until the guy pulled a multiple personality on me. I had bought heavy winter coats for my employees as well as having around 50 hats made. When the dude that owned the joint screwed up the last batch of hats I was disappointed and he got mad at me cuz I wasn't happy with his poor work. Thank God I don't use them anymore, Debbie Do, does a way better job for less money.
Business response:
Some customers are simply over critical in an attempt to get free or discounted merchandise. If another shop was doing better work my rating would not have changed from 5 stars to one. The design on the hats was made smaller by a quarter of an inch to insure a quality job...that is not a screw up, that is good service!
I love this place!!! My non-profit organization comes here faithfully to get our shirts by the bulk,.....great work for a great price!!!! They even finish your projects before the scheduled pick up and they notify you personally!!!!
The ladies here are awesome!! I highly recommend them for your embroidery or printing needs!!
