I bought my Yoder YS640 10/2021 and recently the temp controller was getting an error code. Not connecting with host. Joey from customer service sent me a new one after dertermining it was still under 3 year warranty at no charge! Otherwise would have been $429 When it arrived I contacted Joey to say I thought fans and an ignitor might be included? They do not care if you receive items ordered or not. The customer service I have received when I never received my item should be embarrassing to them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY IF YOUR ITEM NEVER ARRIVES. Rebekah M. I shopped around and did my homework on smokers.I decided the best smoke on the market had to be the Yoder Brand. We looked at all our options and went with All Things BBQ to purchase the smoker. I had planned on driving out to Wichita and picking it up myself, but came down with a case of COVID-19. Had it shipped and it was delivered as promised. What a GREAT smoker! Definitely worth the drive from MO side of KC. Jerry greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. We were needing brine kit. He promptly showed the setup and placed the items at the counter so could continue to shop. Chef Tom was filming a nee video. Jerry introduced me to Chef and I was able to ask a few questions. had great support in the past. recently tried to place order online multiple times to no avail. decided to call and spoke with Bruce and placed my order. was told would receive confirmation email shortly. couple days and nothing. Called yesterday and they can't figure out why order was auto canceled. Worst experience with this company. Here is the situation. I went by recommendations with your company that was supposed to have excellent service. I spoke to someone at Yoder last Sunday the 18th and as well as in facebook chat messages and they stated that all Comp models include stainless shelving. I was told to order from all things BBQ due to Yoder stating they "Owned" the website and would get it quicker then their other dealers as they're incahoots. I just picked up my ys640s yesterday at 5pm.... IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! The ladies that helped me up front were extremely nice and courteous. The guys in the warehouse were fast, professional, and light hearted. They loaded the smoker so it would be easier to unload. I got it put together and did the burn in. Ordered a few things they shipped it out all things barbecue shipped it with requested a signature for delivery. The problem is that nobody is ever home. And it take weeks on top of weeks to ship it back just to try to ship it again.
