It's better to get a second opinion for bigger jobs. Let me preface this by saying I don't think these guys are scammers or dishonest. They're just more expensive than your average mechanic shop. I got quoted 1700 to replace struts, control arm, and sway bar, and another 890 to replace AC condenser. I ended up finding the same parts for 812 total and another 300 to install. Had some repairs done here and in terms of service everything was fine. Unfortunately, my car was hit in there parking lot there while they had it and the staff here we're very standoffish and reluctant to help. Cameras didn't work they said and I ended up having to pay $1400 to fix my fender. The reaction the staff gave me when I came to pick the car up and showed them the damage was immediatly defensive, claiming that they are not responsible and that theres nothing they could do. They are honest and fair with their pricing and we have always received the best service and care for our vehicles. Trustworthy mechanics. Timely and excellent work. Jody is great. Friendly and fair. I’ve been here a few times now with an aging and well-used vehicle. I once had a simple job of a protective under-panel hanging down on its last thread. Adam took me right then, near the end of a day, one empty hoist, and performed ‘stitches’ in less than 15 minutes. Much appreciated.
