I just wanted to share a little "excellent customer service" story. Yesterday I had an appointment at All Things Automotive to get my truck inspected. As I was pulling in, my daughter got car sick and puked all through my backseat. I pulled up to the doors and asked if they could get me some water to clean up quick so I didnt put their schedule behind (I had some rags already).
