They got me in for a tour right away and said they had immediate availability for my child to start services but I had to keep calling for the next steps. They would tell me call back the next day or in a couple of days which I would do, only to be told to keep doing that. They said my child had to go for 40 hours which would have been hard for my work schedule but I said ok and was going to make it work because my son needed the services.
