They produce a fantastic product but hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting 6 weeks for an add-on order. 3 weeks ago was told "next week." 2 weeks ago was told "next week." Last week was told nothing at all. Now I can't get someone to call me or respond to emails. I can't even cancel the credit card transaction because this has dragged on so long.
Getting another 3 teams uniforms today from atwl designs! This will be my 6th order from them from hats to sweatshirts. Good rates
Sometimes I'm hard to deal with but Gregg and ALTWLD done a solid job for us in 2013. Now hopefully we can get that sponsor so H&D/ALTWLD can get that ring!
