Regret using All the Way Home Inspections, regret not being present during the inspection, and baffled that what is clearly mold stains and related moisture was not mentioned in the report despite it including pictures of what is clearly mold. The report only cited "water related moisture stains". It was very evident during walk-through, but my real estate attorney said we had no recourse outside of breaking contract since we had an inspection report with pictures of mold stains. Tyler did a wonderful job with my home inspection. He was incredibly polite, honest, and knowledgeable about the inspection process. He was on time and went to work. After his inspection of the unit and building he went over every concern of his findings which were clear to me. Tyler was very thorough with his documentation and great at answering any questions or concerns I had. Tyler is very thorough and knowledgeable. This company was recommended to us by our attorney. Tyler found a bunch of small issues (new construction) and those findings probably saved us a few thousand of dollars! Would definetely recommend.
