When it was time to change a light a year after “cleaning” our ducts without even taking the covers off, instead of texting/ calling me, the owner of the house who paid for everything, they found and messaged my girlfriend on Facebook on his PERSONAL ACCOUNT asking if we were ready. Weird business.

I usually read reviews before calling a company. In this case, I just took the recommendation from my furnace company who does not clean ducts. From the very beginning of calling "All The Way Duct Cleaning" they were professional, knowledgeable and available. The two people who came, Josh and Adam, were timely, professional, and came ready to work. I was so pleased with the team. They went above my expectations. Happy, happy, happy! So glad that I had not read the one star review before calling this company.
