This is our second year at All The Waters, and we love it! Toby and Murphy are attentive hosts who respond quickly to questions. The house and property, with its large yard and fire pit, are the perfect place to relax. We had everything we needed to grill and cook, and there is plenty of space in the kitchen. If, sadly, you do have to work, the wifi works great for online meetings. Tobin’s place was wonderful! We loved the vintage vibe and lots of space to hang out. The backyard and view are spectacular. Can’t beat the sunsets. The path down to the beach is well cared for and better than some of the steep steps we’ve had at Michigan houses, but also best suited for healthy adults and children, as others have said. Thanks for a great stay! We plan to come back!
We had an awesome week in Michigan in this gorgeous house. The place was impecable, great amenities, large awesome yard with a perfect view of the sunset. The owners were excellent with communication and the location couldn't have been better. If you're a rockhound this private beach is full of treasures. I highly recommend this rental!

This is a special place. Views are absolutely stunning! Quiet beach and easy to access. Plenty of room and accommodations for everyone in your family, including your precious pup! A time capsule with all the comforts of home. We loved the decor and throwback memorabilia. Lots of personal touches. All you need for a great trip away with your family. We would love to go back!
