Purchased living room furniture In just checking out this site again, I noticed there were no reviews on it. I purchased a living room set here a few years ago and have been in 3-4 times since for other various items. Every time here, I was treated very courteously, even though not purchasing every time, (I comparison shop....and can be indecisive at times). Above and Beyond All the Great Rooms is a store that I would recommend to anyone. They are able to find what you need and at the right price. I was shopping for a specific sectional and only two local stores could get it. All the Great Rooms and RC Willey. All the Great Rooms was much more willing to work on their price than RC Willey, who wanted to make the whole lease payment for their building off of our purchase. Terrible Quality Never shop at this store! We ordered a couch and within 90 days it looked like it was over 10 years old. It was a cheaper knock off that they sold to us for over $1000. The seams ripped out and the pillows frayed. I will never shop here again! Buyer be ware, the owner will do nothing to help you or make the situation right. We simply got ripped off, and I want you all to be aware of what is going on at this store.

Wow great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone, very friendly knowledgeable staff and very flexible. I was still finishing my theater room when I purchased a couch and lazy boy. They told me they could hold them for me, and they did for a lot longer than was expected and they gave me no grief about it. "All the Great Rooms" Great Sevice, Great Price We came into to town to visit our daughter and we didn't want to sleep on another air mattress. So we called up All the Great Rooms. Well, the owner at All the Great Rooms took care of us. He gave us a great deal on a king mattress and then had it delivered THAT DAY. We really appreciate the great customer service and the great price. We would recommend this store to all those who want friendly customer service and great prices. Thanks All the Great Rooms!

I do not recommend them: Seriously poor customer service We bought a new table and chairs. They said it would take 10 days for the set to be delivered. It took 2 weeks. They never called to say there was a delay. When delivered, the chairs came pre-worn which is not what we bought. They took the chairs back to be re-painted and redelivered. The painter was gone for a few days. They never called to let us know that there was a delay. Best furniture store in Utah County for sure! The experience was really great! They had great prices, great selection and great service. They don't even charge extra for special orders! We'll definitely check here before we buy anything from now on!
