All-tex does not want your business. They have a "can't do" attitude, practice. The last 3 times I tried to patronize their business they always tell me "We cannot do that''. They are useless. Might I suggest a superior business nearby Cohn & Gregory on Midway road. They are professional and helpful. The Alltex must be a cover / front for some other activity, not in the pipe business.
