And another lazy and incompetent realtor. I asked for information regarding a property that he is the listing agent and he told me to just buy it and I'll have 30 days to rescind if I find it isn't what I thought it was. I was only asking for the property lines were on a multi-acre property and he wouldn't help me in any way. Told me to go find another realtor.

Worst experience with an agent ever! If I could give negative stars I would. Incompetent is an understatement. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. Luckily this was our third time buying/selling a property so we already had the knowledge needed. He was pushy and urged us to make decisions that would have cost us a lot of money, just so we could close quicker. Most incompetent person to deal with! Doesn't care about selling the house just making the quick buck! Uses inferior title companies who don't care about the closing of your house!
