Assessment nurses don't show up on time for assessments, they always seem to be running late/behind, that's always the excuse. Today my nurse called in late and then just didn't show up.

I felt like a stranger when my inquiry about my W2s turned into a back and forth about processes. Cathy reached out to resolve the issue. The experience was stressful, and I feel unnecessary. The experience has left me feeling like I am the problem instead of me having a problem/inquiry I needed help with. I appreciate the effort on behalf of the staff. The outcome of my experience is determined by standards outside of their control.
After 10 years, this company has failed to pay my pca on time, and it is really causing an inconvenience with my services.
