If I could give zero stars I would. We have had people trying to get ahold of you for weeks due to our coil being busted and why our heat pump hasn’t been working. The same thing YOU tried to get us to say was a lightening strike when we hadn’t had lightning since the summer. Then we find out you put the warranty in your name...we are the homeowners and should be the ones on the warranty.
