Are we saving money? We had them install a radiant floor systmen in our new home. We had some problems with a subcontractor and which they could have been helpful with but refused. We weren't impressed by their customer service and question if the radiant floor saves us money since we've had them in to replace the motor to the tune of $1400. We wouldn't use them again.
excellent quality boilers We bought a new boiler from them and had it installed by them. The boiler is excellent, but the installation took longer than planned and a hole was drilled for the thermostat in a totally incorrect place which was inadequately repaired. Otherwise, their customer service was good.
