When my air conditioning stopped working on a really hot day I contacted All-Temp and they were able to come out and fix the issue quickly. Evan was amazing and so nice. He even showed up early which was a huge relief. He fixed my unit and had it working in under an hour. He even stayed to make sure the house was getting cooled off. I have been so happy with my new system and anytime I needed routine service or when they had to make a repair everyone has been very nice and efficient. I definitely recommend them!!
All-Temp Heating and Cooling sales person came to my house, measured the interior of the house and the ductwork. He documented the size of the outdoor and indoor units. He actually performed a heat load study and determined my replacement unit could be a half ton smaller. He explained the details of the heat load study that convinced me that the new system could actually be smaller. Wonderful experience. They gave me a new unit with more output to keep the house more efficient. Great workers and enough to get the work done in a good timely manner. In and out in 8 hours. I was extremely impressed with the punctuality of the technicians from All-Temp Heating and Cooling, as they demonstrated a commitment to being on time for both the scheduled AC installation and the follow-up visit to ensure everything was in order.
