The guys were polite, friendly, and seemed to be thorough in their evaluation of my system. They were out within a day of my contacting the office. The diagnostic was done as part of a promotion offering "free diagnostic" (* if you had a $299+ repair performed). Little deceptive advertising. They offered a service plan (which doesn't appear to be a savings from basic service call) but didn't push it. This company was extremely responsive to our problem. They found the issues and those were subsequently resolved in a very timely manner. Their prices are good, techs are knowledgeable and friendly. We had no heat Friday nite called All -Temp Heating and Cooling Saturday morning and within a hour they were here to fix our furnace. Jesse and Thomas called me to let me know they were leaving from finishing another job and we're on there way. Great service and Jesse and Thomas were very kind and the price for repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and we appreciate All -Temp Heating and Cooling for doing a great job .
From start to finish the team was on time, reliable and did a great job on our furnace repair and heat pump services. They also cleaned our air ducts and fixed our AC quickly. I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Highly recommend All Temp Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.
