The tech serviced my furnace and it sounds much better. He also replaced the water pad in the humidifier for $25. I had another company charge me way more the last time it was done. Thank you very much.
The owner stole from my business, think twice before doing business
Do not recommend. They put in a new furnace in one part of our building and cut all the old gas lines just so they had a new line running to their appliance. They passed inspection and when this was discovered later on, they would not take responsibility for it and just said the old lines would have leaked (without testing). All of my other appliances were disconnected, and when someone else came in to correct their mistake, turns out the new gas line they installed to the furnace had a leak. Kenny was awesome!! We are very happy to find a company who also cares about their customers and not just about making a profit! My family couldn't be more grateful for this company for fixing our AC and are very thankful to have a company for tune ups and repairs.
Many thanks to owner Mike and technician Kenny who helped us resolve a tricky issue with our Armstrong furnace. They were patient, responsive and are expert at what they do.
