Very knowledgeable service technician, informative and efficent. I am highly pleased with this furnace service company.
I am not one to complain and don’t like spending my time to complain. This time I feel like the company earned it, and I even gave them a 2nd chance. My last appt I had w them I had a concern about my air conditioner leaking into the vents of my furnace. I understand it was humid out, but there was a lot of water leaking into the vents of my furnace. I had it installed less then 2 years prior so it was brand new and finally Had it payed off. This service was not 5 star, It Was 6+ STAR. Very pleased, as usual, for the past 3 years as your customer. Justin was very patient explaining my conserns. Have always had a fair experience from these folks. Technician Ted is super personable and clearly quite knowledgeable about his trade. Had a bunch of different mysteries that he has always been able to solve (several trips for different issues over the years). Pricing seems quite reasonable for the professional service I have always received from this company!
Tech arrived within the widow of the of appointment. With in 15 minutes of arrival, he had identified the problem, crackt heat exchanger.
