For 5 years I have lived in the Charlotte, NC area. This is the third HVAC company I've dealt with and the only one I would ever recommend. Jarrett was very thorough with the AC maintenance, he took pictures of everything he worked on and explained the repairs required. The two things I liked most were: that he found a transit bolt that should have been removed on installation (9 years ago), and that he managed to find a coolant leak very quickly. Rick notified us that he was on the way for our scheduled mid-summer system check. He completed the checkout of our HVAC System and let us know that everything was operating properly. He answered all of our questions and we’re completely satisfied with the service call and All Temp in general.
I don’t believe I’ve ever had a more positive experience with a HVAC replacement. Noah, Damien, and Mike made this repair seamless and stress free. They worked on a unit that was very difficult to access let alone replace, but they were confident, knowledgeable, and quite pleasant throughout the job, no complaints. Our initial visit was wonderful. Diagnosis of problem was thorough. Wonderful experience. needed a new AC but the process was smooth. When you call the office they immediately knw who you are. Follow up to our purchase has been wonderful. We have signed up for the annual maintenance check. They were thorough and not ina rush.
All Temp is my go to for HVAC maintenance. I’ve used them to repair an old HVAC and hired them again to install a new HVAC… Customer support is very responsive and technicians are seasoned professionals.
