Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think this technicians name is Hugo, anyway he is the nicest, most polite guy you'd ever want to meet! Super nice guy! Took care of my a/c issue very quickly, and was very informative! I'll never use any other company! They show you the price of the repair up front, and explain the issue! Thank you All Temp!

I called this company on my realtor's recommendation thinking I had an A/C leak. Chris came out, located the erring pipe, turned off the source and suggested I call a plumber. My plumber identified the issue as A/C so I called All-Temp back and had him speak with them. Brandon came out the next day and did some trouble-shooting and identified the issue as plumbing, tracing the line through the attic to figure out the exact source.
