This is a highly professional company. They replaced boards that were needed on my deck. They also stained the deck. It looks fabulous! I highly recommend them!
A total rip-off! They did not stain my deck, whatever they used on it just washed right off.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your deck. This deck was done in August 2019. We advise all our clients to not use the light colored stains since they will fade faster. This client chose the lightest stain anyway. We also advise doing the flat surfaces of the deck every 2 years. Since it has been 2 years since the deck was done it is probably in need of another cleaning and sealing.

Stain color was little different oil base and water base stain but deck is beautifully stained. Thank you Frank and your all staff were very professional.
Al Surface Restoration did a great job as promised and they did identify any issues that they came accross and advised how to handle. Everything looks brand new. Very professional.
The project wasn't 100% successful, but it wasn't the company's fault. Areas that appeared to be only dirty turned out to have degraded paint and intensive washing would only have made it worse. All Surface actually came out, at no cost, to make a second attempt! The roof and less worn areas of the siding came out very well, and All Surface took care with bushes that were planted close to the house in front.
Frank was very very professional. He gave me a price and it did not go over budget. The work was neat and they cleaned up everything. Thank you Frank
