I received great service a year ago but went back to buy a used phone a couple months ago and feel I got ripped off. I suggest you do any research in-store on the price of used phones. The phone I was offered was 20$ more than if I bought it new at Walmart. Also this phone is garbage, 1-10 second delays to switch apps, load pages. Plus the guy threw out my sim card from my broken phone and gave me the sim card left in the phone that was used. I had to go to Bell and get a new one. I wanted get my S24 ultra fixed as it was very badly damaged. I took it to the Samsung store and they redused the repair and said it was not posible to fix. Then I brought it to the this store and the gentlemen said he would be able to fix it and next day it self he fixed. I was very happy With the service now my Phone looks like a brand New. Thank you Im really appreciate.
