Late check in of 3pm which is fine so we went out and got dinner and room still wasn’t ready at 3 so we had to wait in the small not very clean lobby with other people walking past with their suitcases checking in before us. At 3:20pm, we started our check in process, got our bags and wifi password, got stuck at the only working lift and finally got to our room, our dinner was cold and our whole view soured of this hotel. Stay at another hotel in the same price range who actually honour check in times
The apartment was very grotty and in need of attention. It had an unpleasant smell. Entry into a room is governed by a pin code which you also need to use the lift. This means anyone in the lift with you could gain access to your room. I was here for work and the apartment was like staying in a hostel. The only good thing about this place is its location. Would not recommend.
