The experience was really pleasant, I really enjoyed the tour of the facility and how convenient it was to self store items.
Great storage location! Love how clean everything is. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly. They are always quick to assist and made my move in process easy.
I’ve rented at the location in Saginaw a few times with no issues. This location receives a 1 start today only for good customer service. Everything else can be summarized as follows: 1. Office is on an island, inconvenient when you need assistance. 2. Carts must be checked and on average take 30 mins -1hr to get some one ( must also provide physical ID each time you check out 3.
