I reserved my units online, started my rentals on Monday and everything was perfect.
Would not recommend. They doubled my rate after 6 months and claim that I'm eligible for an increase every 6 months. So that means it could double again in the next year which is pretty gross. This seems to be the new corrupt trend for storage companies. If it increases excessively and people cannot afford to pay or remove their things, they can lose their possessions. Your recently leased apt is the worst, need to do early termination? That really sucks, but this storage place has been a great option. The orange ones hiked prices twice in a year and always trash around. Two months already in and staff has been awesome. The place is good. You can park inside to avoid rain, or heat or be at ease. There are carts!
