easy to rent uhaul
If I could 0 I would! I will own my mistakes and say I forgot to change my debit card with them when mine got compromised! They locked me out of my unit by the 15th! Yelled and told people I don’t pay my bills! Cussed in front of my 5 year old daughter. Very very unethical business and probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced! My last month with them and I will never rent from this business again.
Had used this storage business for years, when it came to moving out and settling the account, they would agree on one plan then change it at without notification. Refused to return deposit after stating it would be returned. BEWARE...SKETCHY handling of accounts.by clerical staff.
