Jonna was amazing and super helpful
I rented a climate controlled unit in the same building I rented 9 years ago when I first moved to Frisco. The couple that ran the facility then were very accommodating. I believe it was a different company then. The temperature now was 86 degrees when we arrived. Even the movers stated that this is not climate controlled. The lady who runs the place is uncaring and not professional. She thinks she's doing YOU a favor renting here. Very disappointed at Public Storage and staff.
