I was reading the review this Justin Smith person posted . From my experience with the staff everything has been Great and if someone approached this guy walking down the property with items they have a right to be concerned. Odd thing this guy mentioned he was getting property out of his wife's car but yet the wife wasn't there to witness. And where was the wife when the person in the truck pulled up on him trying to make sure he was supposed to be on property. Sounds fishy to me. 1/5 STARS: HARASSMENT & PROFILING I don’t care how many 5-star reviews this place has from people who got a "free month"—this facility is a joke. I wasn’t even a customer, I was just moving MY OWN BELONGINGS out of my wife’s car to leave the premises, and I got treated like a criminal. Out of nowhere, some heavyset black guy with NO UNIFORM and NO ID rolls up on me in a big truck acting like he owns the pavement.
