Loved it when we first had the unit for about 2 years. We just moved out on the 3 year as the new manager is totally rude. He send out letters that you are past due even if it’s on auto pay and they are rude. You have to call them and try to get it figured out with a rude man. The old manager Valerie was always polite and a knew how to treat people. If anyone needs a storage unit please go to Toledo Storage!
We had the very best experience here. From rentals being available immediately online, to auto pay, to trouble shooting and move out, this facility is professional, prompt, secure and friendly. We never had a single issue in the 3 years we rented a unit from them. We moved out of the area but we wish every business could be this wonderful.
Clean, heated units. Great security. Locks and access codes as well as small loading carts provided. Easy online bill payment.
