Very easy to rent my storage with Curio. Affordable and clean site. So far it exceeds my expectations!
Will raise your rent to "Market Value" and for "More Maintenance" but nothing is changed there and they will give you a month notice but it is in the form of an email, no text, no call. While your rent got raised for being a "Loyal Customer" any new renter can get a unit for half of what you are paying. Y'all raised the rent for existing people and have done nothing to the property to make it worth more.
