So far my switch to US Storage in Santa Fe Springs has been seamless. Hope, the office manager, is very very nice and helpful. The district manager that was in the office the day I started my rental agreement was also very helpful and informative. My new unit was cleaned and swept, there is a light in my unit and the hours of 6AM to 9PM are a huge plus compared to my last facility. The price is definitely affordable and fair, although I'm sure as time goes on it will be increased which is unfortunate, but they are running a ... read more
