I rented from them for almost 6 years. One big issue i had while living there was water leaking from the roof into the house and black mold from the moisture. It took for me to tell them that if something wasn’t done i was going to be submitting my rent into an escrow account. I was a tenant for 5 years and wanted to write this review because David has been amazing. We did not need to call him a lot for repairs but when we did need something repaired, he had someone come out within a couple of days to fix the situation. He worked with us if we asked. He has been so great to us. I am very happy to have had him as our landlord the past five years. Thank you David!

All I gotta say is good luck. They don’t fix anything — especially when it’s serious. I remember Amanda telling me she didn’t care whether me and my relatives died due to the mold issue from a poorly fixed ceiling/water leakage. Not to mention, never received deposit back. For my first rental, not too bad starting in the trenches. Would not recommend.

David was very easy to deal with. When the property wasn't ready by the date he promised, he gave us money off of our rent and even did some of the repairs and floor installation himself. Unfortunately, my family's financial situation became very bad since my husband is very sick and missed a lot of work. David worked with us a lot and even recommended and worked with the CPC for rental help. I've been renting from All Stiles for a little over 10 years now. I wouldn't recommend this. They don't respond to maintenance upkeeps for their properties, for the inside nor the outside. No communication, unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. It's almost not even worth reviewing, but hopefully this will help people do their research a little more before considering renting from.
