All Steps is a wonderful company. Their staff is awesome, caring, patient and understanding.
If i could give a 0 star i would. There's a lady in that office that was so rude on the phone with me today, to the point that she refused to give me her name. I believe the calls were recorded if need to find out who she was.
There's a lady name "Faby" (hope she gave me her real name) at the office who is very rude. She needs better office training.
It's very stressful trying to find a company that cares for your loved ones like you would care for them. All Steps Home Care has been a life saver for my family. My mother is treated so well. My siblings and I can live our lives without worry. Thank you all steps!
