DO NOT, AND I REPEAT: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! It is a giant scam. They don't clean the rentals, and make excuses for why you can't get your deposit back. They have no care for the time of their customers, as I was told to bring the rental back at 12:30 pm, but they never showed up. I arrived to return the car at 12:26 pm, waited until 1:15 pm, with still no sign of them. I was forced to abandon the car, (obviously returning the key in the slot). This scam rental car tried to accuse us of not returning the car and said they were robbed. The owner left a signed saying he will return by 1230, we waited until 115p , left the keys in the drop box and walked back to our hotel. called the next day in the afternoon to state I did not return the car, as I questioned him his story change several times and he couldn't answer my questions. I was a bit scared because of the reviews saying that they did not get their deposit back, I fortunately got the refund for my deposit a week later and the experience was pretty good, the guy treated me well, was honest and gave me a good deal for an under 25 year old. I recommend this company for anyone under 25. My only feedback was that the car was dirty inside when I received it
The most unprofessional place I’ve been to the only reason there in business is because they are next to a hotel honestly 10:19 still not open unexceptable honestly customers deserve better smh like really when I rented a car from this location the first time he was talking on the phone all through the rental smh
Innever received my $400 deposit. Ive called several times its been over three months. This is actually the second time theyve kept my deposit. I will report to better business bureau.
