They came out within the time frame we discussed. Gave me a quote that sounded reasonable. They cleaned out our dryer duct, brought a ladder to get on our roof. They also did extra and cleaned out the lint tray holder. They did the job in about 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.
